About The New Jersey Writers Resource Group
The New Jersey Writers Resource Group is a gathering of writers and authors who share and grow together. Activities include journaling, workshops, interactive author events, write-ins and monthly writing assignments.

The NJWRG meets the second and fourth Tuesdays, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. in the library meeting room. This group is open to everyone ages 16 and up.

Writting Screenplays: A Brief Encounter May 9th, 6:30PM- 8:30PM

Novelist Brian McKinley will share his expertise on creating and marketing screenplays for public consumption. Resources and examples will be provided, along with a brief writing exercise on the fine points of screenwriting formats.
