How do I ... Replace a Lost Card

If your library card is lost or stolen, report it to the library. You are responsible for all library materials checked out on your card. If your card is lost you must apply for a new library card. Bring identification from the list in order to receive your card. (Click here for list of acceptable identification). There will be a $5.00 charge to replace each card that is lost. If you replace a card and find the old one no refunds will be given.
